สวัสดีรุ่นพี่ทุก ๆ คนคะ จีเพิ่งได้เริ่มเข้ามาอ่านไม่นานแต่มีความสนใจอย่างมากคะ ตัวจีเองเคยไปทำ iui มา 3 ครั้ง และเพิ่งได้ไปทำอิคซี่มา 1 ครั้งคะ แต่ไม่ท้อง ทั้ง ๆ ที่ คิดว่าทุกอย่างก็ดี ตอนนี้ยังเหลือตัวอ่อนอยู่จะเข้าไปย้ายครั้งต่อไป แต่อยากทราบเทคนิคต่าง ๆ จากรุ่นพี่ทุก ๆ คนนะคะ ว่าหลังจากย้ายตัวอ่อนแล้วเราควรปฏิบัติตัวอย่างไรบ้าง คุณหมอทั้งบอกแค่ว่าไม่ต้องทำงานหนัก ไม่ให้ท้องเสีย - ผูก ,เป็นไข้ ก็ปฏิบัติตามแล้ว แต่ก็ยังไม่ท้อง ตรวจเลือดฮอร์โมนไม่ถึง 1 ด้วยซ้ำคะ ช่วยปนะนำหน่อยนะคะ

หวัดดีค่ะ แนะนำไม่ถูกเหมือนกัน เพราะยังไม่เคยทำ แต่เพื่อนที่รู้จักเขาไม่ได้ทำอิ๊กซี่แต่เขาทำไอวีเอฟ อ่ะค่ะ ช่วงก่อนเขาใส่ตัวอ่อนเขาออกกำลังกาย สม่ำเสมอ ไม่ดื่มน้ำเย็น กินอาหารที่มีประโยชน์กับร่างกาย พอเขาไปใส่ตัวอ่อนซึ่งเขาใส่เป็นครั้งที่สอง พอเขาใส่แล้วเขานอนอย่างเดียวเลยค่ะ ไม่ทำอะไรเลย จะมีก็แค่ลุกทำกิจวัตรประจำวันแค่นั้น สามีทำให้หมดเลย กับข้าวสามีก็เป็นคนทำ พอถึงวันกำหนดผลปรากฏว่าเขาท้องค่ะ ก็เลยคิดว่า น่าจะนำไปเป็นไอเดียได้นะค่ะ ขอให้โชคดีค่ะ
