ปัญหาคุณแม่ที่มีบุตรยากหลายๆท่านมักจะเจอเรื่องหนึ่งก็คือ กว่าจะสำเร็จอายุก็เกิน35กันแล้ว ทำให้ต้องมาชั่งใจกันพอสมควรเรื่องการเจาะน้ำคร่ำ เราเองก็เป็นอีกคนหนึ่งค่ะที่ตั้งท้องสำเร็จตอนอายุ35ปี1เดือน (คาบเส้นคล้ายคะแนนสอบฟิสิกส์เมื่อสมัยเรียนเลยค่ะ)  ท้ายที่สุดเราและสามีตัดสินใจที่จะเจาะเพราะคิดว่าถ้าเราจะโชคร้ายกันอีกครั้งก็อย่าให้เค้าต้องออกมาเผชิญความโหดร้ายเพียงลำพังหากวันหนึ่งเราต้องเป็นอะไรไป แต่ลึกๆแล้วที่เรากล้าตัดสินใจแบบนั้นเพราะเราเชื่อว่าเราสอบผ่านบททดสอบการเป็นคุณพ่อคุณแม่กันแล้ว...
วันที่คุณหมอนัดไปเจาะน้ำคร่ำ อายุครรภ์เราได้ 17สัปดาห์ 3วัน คุณหมอบอกว่าสามารถเจาะได้ระหว่างอายุครรภ์17-20สัปดาห์ ก่อนเจาะคุณหมอจะซาวด์ไล่ให้คุณพ่อ-คุณแม่ดูก่อนว่านี่นะ ศรีษะ เบ้าตา ปาก มือ แม้แต่นิ้วทั้ง5คุณหมอก็ไล่ให้ดู แต่พอจะขอดูเพศกลับไม่ชัดเพราะเจ้าตัวเล็กทำเขินดิ้นไม่หยุด ถีบขาตลอด คุณหมอบอกว่าไม่แน่ใจนะ เท่าที่เห็นน่าจะเป็นจู๋ แต่ก็ไม่ชัดเพราะเค้าถีบตลอด แล้วก็จะเป็นเงาๆค่ะ 
พอจะเริ่มทำเจาะน้ำคร่ำไม่กลัวเจ็บหรอกค่ะ เพราะคุณแม่ที่บุตรยากทั้งหลายที่ผ่านการช่วยเหลือจากคุณหมอคงรู้ดีว่าต้องเจอกับความเจ็บจากการฉีด การเจาะกันมาขนาดไหน แต่ปฏิเสธไม่ได้หรอกค่ะว่าลุ้นมากกก ให้การเจาะผ่านไปด้วยดี ไม่ให้เกิดอันตรายกับเจ้าตัวเล็กระหว่างการทำหัตถการ แต่ดูเหมือนยิ่งลุ้น เจ้าตัวเล็กก็ยิ่งขี้เล่น คุณหมอจะฉีดลงไปตรงไหนแทนที่จะหลบเข็ม กลับเอามือเอาขายื่นมาจะจับจะเตะสู้ซะงั้น  ไอ้เราก็กลัวว่าคุณหมอจะใจร้อนรีบเจาะ แต่คุณหมอก็ใจเย็นมากค่ะ เจ้าตัวเล็กดิ้นไป ดิ้นมาไม่หยุด ซักพักคงเหนื่อย คุณหมอก็เอาล่ะ...เรารีบฉวยโอกาสกัน ว่าแล้วก็ฉีดยาชาให้คุณแม่1เข็มตรงตำแหน่งที่จะเจาะ ขอบอกว่าเจ็บจังไอ้เจ้ายาชาเข็มเล็กเนี่ย แต่เจ็บสั้นๆนะคะ แค่3วินาทีได้มั้ง เทียบกับที่เคยเจ็บ เคยปวด ก็เหมือนที่วัยรุ่นเค้าว่ากันว่าสิวๆเองค่ะ  หลังจากนั้นก็จะเอาเข็มที่ยาววว มาเจาะเพื่อดูดน้ำคร่ำ ทันใดนั้น เจ้าตัวเล็ก ก็เลื่อนเอาหัวลงมาดักไว้เลย คุณหมอรีบถอนเข็มทันที คุณแม่ใจหายแว๊บบบบ ดีที่เข็มยังไม่ทะลุลงไปถึงถุงน้ำคร่ำ  ทั้งคุณแม่คุณหมอ เริ่มต้นเล็งกันใหม่....คุณหมอก็เคาะท้องหลอกล่อให้เค้าเลื่อนลงไปอีกทาง เจ้าตัวเล็กหลงกลคุณลุงหมอจนได้ ได้การล่ะ... คุณแม่โดนยาชาไปอีก1จุด พอจะลงเข็มเจาะน้ำคร่ำ เอาอีกแล้ว เลื่อนเอาพุงมาอีกแล้ว เรากะว่าเล็งอีกทีถ้าเจ้าตัวเล็กยังไม่ยอมก็จะไม่เจาะละ เพราะผ่านไปเกือบ40นาทีแล้ว เค้าคงอยากจะยืนยันว่าเค้าแข็งแรงดีน่า ไม่ต้องมาเจาะหนูหรอก คุณหมอนะ หัวเราะกิ๊ก กิ๊ก บอกว่าตัวแค่นี้ซนซะขนาดนี้ ถ้าคลอดนะ คุณแม่เตรียมรับมือขนานใหญ่ได้เลย (ไม่รู้ว่าเป็นจิตวิทยาคุณหมอที่ช่วยเราคลายเครียดหรือปล่าว แต่ก็ได้ผลนะ เราก็ขำไปกะคุณหมอด้วย) ปรากฏว่าคราวนี้เจ้าตัวเล็กคงง่วงจริง สรุปว่าตำแหน่งที่เจาะได้คือตำแหน่งที่ฉีดยาชาไปเข็มแรกนั่นแหละ เฮ้อ! แม่โดนยาชาฟรีไป1เข็ม ขี้เล่นนักนะเจ้าตัวเล็ก... 
สรุปว่ากว่าจะเจาะน้ำคร่ำได้ไป2หลอดปาเข้าไป1ชั่วโมง ทั้งๆที่ตอนที่เจาะแล้วดูดขึ้นมาใช้เวลาไม่ถึง3นาที เสร็จแล้วคุณหมอก็ปิดพลาสเตอร์ตรงที่เจาะแล้วก็ตรงที่ฉีดยาชาจุดที่2ให้ แล้วคุณหมอก็ซาวด์ดูอีกที บอกคุณแม่ว่าไม่มีอะไรนะ ดูสิหัวใจยังเต้นระบำอยู่ ขาก็ยังโยกไปมา นอนดิ้นนะเนี่ย เดี๋ยวให้คุณแม่พัก30นาทีนะ แล้วหมอจะมาซาวด์ดูให้อีกที  ระหว่างนอนพักปวดท้องฉี่มาก แต่ก็ไม่กล้าดิ้น ไม่กล้าลุก ห่วงลูก ผ่านไปประมาณ40นาทีคุณหมอก็เข้ามาซาวด์ให้ คราวนี้เห็นเจ้าตัวเล็กยกแขนถีบขาเหมือนเดิม คุณหมอก็แซวอีกว่า นั่นไงโบกมือให้คุณแม่ว่าหนูสบายดีๆ แม่ไม่ต้องห่วงหนูนะ 
ผลพลอยได้ของวันนั้นคือได้นอนดูเจ้าตัวเล็กผ่านหน้าจอเต็มอิ่มเลยค่ะ 
อีก3อาทิตย์ก็รู้แล้วค่ะว่าเป็นจี๋ หรือจู๋ เรื่องอื่นไม่เครียดนะคะ เพราะก่อนหน้านี้เครียดมาเยอะแล้วมั้งคะ ก่อนออกจากบ้านไปเจาะก็สวดคาถาชินบัญชร10จบ แล้วก็อธิษฐานขอพรจากพระ แล้วเราก็ทำบุญกันตลอด ไม่คิดร้ายใคร กุศลผลบุญทั้งหมดนี้เรายกให้ลูกทั้งหมด เราเชื่อค่ะว่าเราตื่นจากฝันร้ายกันแล้ว เพื่อนๆก็ด้วยนะคะ เราเชื่อว่าท้ายที่สุดแล้วพวกเราทุกคนก็จะตื่นมาเจอความจริงที่อิ่มเอมเหมือนกันค่ะ  |

ยินดีต้อนรับคุณ wance ค่ะ รายละเอียดเรื่องเจาะน้ำคร่ำเดี๋ยวรอพี่เจสมาเล่าอีกทีนะคะ
ว่าแต่..ภรรยาคุณ wance อายุ 33 ปีเนี่ย.. ลองใช้วิธีตรวจคัดกรองก็ได้นะคะ เพราะตัวเอง(สามีมีญาติเป็นดาวน์เหมือนกันเลยค่ะ)..ก็เริ่มตั้งท้องตอนอายุ 33 ปีกว่าๆ และจะคลอดตอนอายุ 34 ปี ซึ่งในกลุ่มที่อายุขณะคลอดต่ำกว่า 35 ปีเนี่ย..ตามสถิติทางการแพทย์..จะมีอัตราเสี่ยงต่อดาวน์ซินโดรมน้อยกว่าอัตราเสี่ยงต่อการแท้งจากการเจาะน้ำคร่ำ (แต่ถ้ากลุ่มที่อายุมากกว่า 35 ปี ก็จะมีอัตราเสี่ยงต่อดาวน์สูงกว่าอัตราเสี่ยงจากการแท้งเจาะน้ำคร่ำค่ะ ) ดังนั้นในกลุ่มแรก..คุณหมอก็เลยให้ใช้วิธีการตรวจคัดกรองแทน ถึงแม้ผลการตรวจจะไม่ออกมาเป็นบวกหรือลบเป๊ะๆ แต่จะบอกเป็นอัตราเสี่ยงมาให้ค่ะ ซึ่งถ้าอัตราเสี่ยงสูงมากจริงๆ..จึงค่อยเจาะน้ำคร่ำเป็นการยืนยันอีกทีน่ะค่ะ ของตัวเองผลก็ออกมาอัตราเสี่ยงน้อยค่ะ.. 1/10000 ...เลยไม่ต้องเจาะน้ำคร่ำ
ลองดูที่พี่บูบูเขียนไว้ในเรื่องของการตรวจคัดกรองดาวน์ซินโดรมดูตามลิ้งค์ข้างล่างนะคะ พี่บูบูเขียนไว้ละเอียดมากๆเลย อาจเป็นตัวเลือกหนึ่งให้คุณ wance ก็ได้นะคะ หรือจะลองปรึกษาคุณหมอของพี่เจสดูก็ได้ค่ะ

เนื่องจากคุณภรรยาศึกษามาละเอียด ตอนไปพบคุณหมอ แกก็บอกว่าคงไม่ต้องเจาะ แต่พอผมเอ๋ย(แบบกังวลนิดหน่อย)ว่ามีประวัติญาติเป็นดาน์ว คุณหมอก็แจ้งถึงความเสี่ยงที่อาจจะเกิดขึ้นได้ และให้เราตัดสินใจเองในครั้งหน้า...
ยังไง คงตรวจทริปเปิ้ลเทสไปก่อน ถ้า 1/10000 เหมือนคุณแม่เบบี้ลีจริง(อายุ 33 สามีมีประวัติ เคสใกล้ๆกัน หลัวว่าผลจะใกล้เคียงกันด้วย) คงไม่เจาะล่ะครับ

Free WoW Power Leveling: Stay Away From Scam Sites
If you've ever done a search for power leveling on Google or Yahoo, you know how expensive these services can cost you. Who wants to pay three or four hundred dollars just so somebody else gets to play the game for you? It seems insane, but people actually fall for these services, many of which turn out to be scams anyway. You should never give away your account information to anybody, and even Blizzard will never ask your for that information. However, leveling up your character as quickly as possible does have a lot of allure. With free WoW power leveling, you can get all the benefits of power leveling without paying a single cent.
Don't Pay Somebody Else
Where is the logic in paying somebody else to play the game for you? It simply doesn't make any sense, and you're missing out on at least half of what World of WarCraft has to offer you. However, you don't need to take your time if you don't want to. Free WoW Power Leveling lets you quickly progress through 70 levels without breaking a sweat. There are some guides for free online, although you can alternatively choose to pay a small fee (about $30 or so) for some of the more comprehensive guides out there. 100% free WoW power leveling is all about choices though, and you're given a whole bunch to get to level 70 with.
First, you can choose between grinding and questing. The latter is probably more entertaining to a lot of folks, but it can present some difficulties at times for casual players. Firstly, some quests require groups to complete, but free WoW power leveling will help you choose the quests which are easy for solo players to complete on their own. Some might reasonably argue that the whole reason of playing an MMO is to play with other folks, but sometimes it's just easier to do things on your own. By being able to complete solo quests, you'll become a stronger player overall because you won't have to rely on others to keep your alive and help you complete objectives.
Of course, you could always turn to grinding for your free WoW power leveling needs. Grinding is a little less entertaining because it refers to monotonous killing of monsters over and over to rack up those experience points. Still, you can set the pace at which you want to earn experience with this method, and if one monster is too powerful for you, you can always just move onto another area. Both questing and grinding will help you level up more quickly than you would by figuring things out on your own, and free WoW power leveling means you won't have to pay anything to level up.
